Return and Exchange Policy ( For exchange or return )
We, Sima Slim, want you to feel confident when purchasing from us, that’s why we offer a 60-day free return policy. If you are not satisfied with our items, you have 60 days to return back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for the exchange or refund.
We wish to inform that the Company policies do not allow us to make changes, but we can receive your product to return and give you a refund of your order so you can make a new one with the size or model you want to have, that fits your needs.
All the returns are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 60 days of original shipping in the following conditions:
- All tags attached
- No smells other than natural product orders
- No animal or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
- Original packaging
- Within 60 days of the date you received your initial purchase
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection at our fulfillment personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to make sure they meet the following requests.
So please request your return or exchange within 60 days of the date you received your initial purchase to be eligible.Please send item to the returning address we request as a gift, don’t mention the real price (not more than $10) on the package to avoid the custom tax, please provide us the tracking details after that, we will refund you once we get your returned package, thanks.
Please make sure the item you return back to us keep in original good condition and not washed and worn as above stated. About the returning address, please email us at [email protected] and then we will send you the details.
Also please email us kindly to give us the tracking number after you return our item back, so that we could follow your returned item.
Once we get back your returned package, we will ship out the suitable one which you have confirmed to exchange right away or refund to you based on your request.
Return And Replacement：
- Simaslim is not responsible for the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality related issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- If the product is returned for customer reasons (including non-satisfaction, do not like, size issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. For non-customer-related returns within 60 days, Simaslim responsible for the shipping fee.
- If it is a product quality problem that causes the return and exchange，Simaslim responsible for the shipping fee.
- Items returned worn or damaged will be not qualify for a return/exchange and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
