but I had one little complaint which is that after wearing it for about a week and a half some of the edges on the bottom belts started to crease and roll up on me especially if I sat down, squat, or bent over. This is definitely more ideal for walking or standing it gives excellent support. I had a c-section so it was important to find a binder that held everything in place it definitely lessened the pain.

Better then other brands I've bought. Fits true to size. You cannot tell you are wearing anything under your clothing. Perfect for dresses! Made a spandex it's easy to put on and take off. I love it for when i'm wearing a tight dress and want my flab to stay in. Can only wear for maybe 4 hours before it's digging into my ribs and my skin hurts. Fits, offer some control. A little hard to pull down for the restroom if you have your full dress on, but not too hard to pull down by itself. So not impossible to budge like some garments are. |

but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

It's SUPPOSED to be a little small, in order to hold your larger self in! I have worn it all day and it's been lovely. I was worried it would roll down from the top, but it's strong and has stayed in place without pulling my skin or bothering me in any way. I have a "pooch" and love handles from having my first baby because I've not lost the weight and this holds things in, smoothes out my love handles and you can't tell I'm wearing it under my clothes! It's ok. Considering I'm a small I don't really need a ton of compression/support. I bought this for some skirts/dresses that I wanted some smoothness on the sides. There is a large seem across the back that shows under most of the things I intended to wear it with. |

This works perfectly to keep my tummy in place postpartum. I like how there are different layers to put ontop of each other depending on how far I am postpartum. It is quick durable to keep me upright and have my tummy tucked in while at the same time flexible enough to bend over if needed. Sometimes i even forget i'm even wearing it. Squeezing into this was no joke, I thought maybe once in just the right position I'd be okay. I'm a dress size 16, I bought the xxl bc I didn't want to be totally crushed. No win here tho. The elastic and grip material at the top band is so tight, it would surely crush my rib cage and hurt my breathing If I wrote it for any length of time. Really disappointed. |
