A must have especially for the price! I wouldn't have been able to get around those first few weeks without them. Helped sooo much with the incision of a csection and the back pain. Wear a tank or shirt underneath it bc if can pinch your skin. Be sure to put them on in the correct order. Three peices total. First piece will be the one with only one large Velcro in the front. The other two have peices have the large Velcro in the front plus two addition side straps with Velcro for extra support. The second peice will be the larger with the side straps. The last piece will be the smallest with side straps. All three can be layered on top of each other. It's a learning curve to put on at first. After a week the velcro would no longer hold and it popped open with every move I made. :( Very disappointed in the longevity of the product. Something that is needed for 6 to 8 weeks should be built to last at LEAST half that time, you would think. Stopped using this after a week. It rolls up every time you bend over and the Velcro looses its durability and comes undone. It's comfortable to wear as long as you are standing straight up and don't have to bend or sit. Don't waste your money |

Can't start using these until 3 days birth. I was 140lbs before pregnancy and 193lbs at the height of pregnancy (usually a medium pre-pregnancy). I got this in large and not so sure about waist yet but for my back it started to hurt and spasm a bit after pregnancy. I have been wearing this nonstop and no back pain. Huge help for being on low sleep and being around to manage a newborn. |
