Ordered a size large which is what my size was pre pregnancy and I feel like it is perfect. I know some others say it ran small, but I feel like ordering a size up would have been too big. Like how it lifts my mom pooch off my c section incision. | Tag: compression garments for stomach

Putting the bands on and getting them in the right spot can be a bit time consuming at first but once you've done it a few times it gets a bit easier. Not the most comfortable to wear while sitting down or bending over but okay while walking around. Seems to ride up a bit if I'm moving around a lot. I do love the concept of this recovery aspect. It is fantastically put together - strong and sturdy. I am not postpartum but have abdominal problems due to surgery issues and this 3 in 1 support system keeps me happy - I don't have a strong belly anymore. I have a bit more weight to lose thru my belly before it will fit as I need - the one I got is for 190pds over...but, I am 70pds more past that point. The lower one will go on but because of not being sorted yet it is terribly tight. My goal is to use this...it truly is a fantastic support system and better than anything I had been given or bought after surgery prior.I the best stomach compression garment |

My wife wanted this to get back into shape. She runs marathons, so it was not to replace working out or a proper diet. I think this was a waste of money. She still has a bit of a pouch and hates the way it wears. Plus it is very hot. |

I bought this for postpartum support to help get my shape back and get rid of the mommy pooch. I was a size 16-18 postpartum and I couldn't get it to even come close to closing and even if I had the Velcro would've snapped open. If you're starting out wearing this being about a size 10 it would be really effective but it is not good for us thicker girls. |
