The folds poke the skin too much if you're constantly moving, sitting, standing, walking. I stopped using it after 4 weeks, because the folds hurt me more and more as it began to "shape into my body". Really helped me, after 2-3 weeks my belly is back to pre pregnancy size. Definitely still have to work out to tighten up my muscles but my belly went back to about how it was prior to pregnancy and I really haven't even been wearing it as often as I should.
