Perfect to wear after birth. My skin gets irritated easily when I wear any kind of belly wraps or waist trainers so I normally put it over a thin tank top so it doesn't irritate my skin. The pads in the cups move all over when using the nursing bra. Order smaller size than you think you would want (so if you run a smaller 32/34 depending on brand of bra go with smaller for this brand so a Small as 34 is a Med) The medium I ordered I had to hook and the smallest setting and after the first wear the bras are too big to use in rib cage.
