OMG I wish I had this after my pregnancies. I bought this as I just had a tummy tuck and the product is so great. I like that it has three total pieces to wear as your choosing. Not only do they have the basic wrap support but two of the three have additional adjustable straps for a better fit. The price is unbeatable and the support is amazing. I found the sizing to be perfect but if you are unsure, size up because you have lots of room for tightening in several spots. The only thing I didn't like is that when you have an itch, it is impossible to get unless you take the garment off (but aren't most garments like that). I like it so much that I am taking it to my surgeons office and suggesting he use these for his patients. The one he gave me was good too but I find I like this better. I was extremely skeptical when purchasing this product, but it is pretty amazing. I am 10 weeks postpartum and was overweight prior to my pregnancy. At this point, I am only reviewing this product from a shape-wear perspective as I have not had it long enough to experience any long term effects. The item is fairly comfortable considering it is the Velcroed equivalent of a corset. Although the instructions advise not to wear it on bare skin, I have done so without an issue. You can see it a little if you are wearing something very tight, but hey - it's better than clearly visible fat rolls. This product definitely improves posture as it is very structured. It has actually minimized my back pain. But the true miracle is the slimming effect. Please see pictures below... I bought this to wear postpartum after my second csection. Sizing runs a bit small and it really would benefit from being thicker/taller. The way it's made, you have to choose between squeezing up back fat or pushing down love handles-not exactly a choice most new moms want to have to make.
