I've only had and worn this for a few days but I really like it so far. you can basically make it as tight/loose as you want. Flexible enough to sit in. Very easy to use. Started wearing it after I had my son. I'm 5'1" and was 180lbs when I delivered. Had to wait a week or so before I shrunk enough for me to wear it.
