This product does what it's supposed to do, but I am somewhat disappointed by the top rolling down and the legs rolling up as I walk or sit down. That might be a sizing issue, but I feel like if I had gone any larger, it wouldn't have produced any compression effect. The sizing is strange, but if you read the comments you should be able to find your correct size. I'm normally about a 12-14 pants and 10 dress. This body shaper is amazing once you make the proper adjustments in putting it on which is equal to a small gym workout. I'm a size 12 and have thighs so once I wrestled the thigh part of the shaper on the rest was a piece of cake. The middle part has 3 rows of of hooks, hook them on whatever row is comfortable for you you can change over rows if near the top you need more room it will still lay flat. The 8-10 was too loose at the top and very tight around my leg. I ordered the 4-6 which was tight around the leg but perfect at the top. It a great product |

The picture is deceiving. This product is small, and I am only 5'1. It does NOT go up to your ribs as shown here, it barely reaches your waist. It is a good product but too small, not what is shown here. |

The ones they give in the hospital is just one giant piece of velcro that grabs and sticks to itself. The hospital ones are extremely difficult to adjust too. |

Awesome, I wear it almost every day, but now I need to go to the smaller size! I love the gusset in the bottom for using the restroom, and it's easy to put on. The only complaint I have is that the right shoulder, irritates my shoulder. But other than that it is wonderful. |
