I am 4 months post partum, I have been having back and abdominal pain off and on for the past 2 months despite physical therapy. I bought this in desperation and so glad I did. I wear it at night, off during the day unless I am going to be he doing a lot of lifting and bending. I wear while I am nursing as well because we all know ergonomic nursing positions are! Not the fixer to everything but my pain is a lot better bow that I have good core support. Don't wear 24/7 because could risk atrophy of muscles. Omg what a shaper for soooo little money. Straps don't dig, gusset big enough so no accidents and the legs don't cut. I just purchased the black one. For refers I wear a 8 or a 10, small/medium. It's worth more than the cost |

XL fits my size 16 frame. The shorts kinda ride up but don't show through jeans/pants. It works! People asked me if I lost weight. :-) Only issue is taking it down to use the bathroom... I ended up pulling to the side to do #1 as I do with a swimsuit to avoid spending 10 minutes in the bathroom. You'd have to take it off for #2. |

Very good quality product. My only criticism is that the bottom part is very tight. I have a much smaller waist than hips and found that the leg part was extremely tight on me. It also makes a funky "swishing" noise when wearing a skirt or dress & your legs run against one another. Other than that, good quality and would recommend. |

This product is good for waist training, however I'm not postpartum. Just thought this would be great for upper and lower stomach reshaping and that's exactly what's taking place!!!!!! I'm pleased. |

Fits most small to medium sized people. Amazing price especially considering that you're actually getting 3 binders. I only need to use 2 of them because I have a short torso. I bought this to wear after my c-section 3 weeks ago and it feels so good on. Very supportive and I swear it's made my abdomen less saggy after one day. It is a little awkward to sit in if you're wearing the brace very low as I do to support my pelvis and incision, but that's to be expected. You can't have really good support and a lot of flexible at once. I bought a c-panty and a higher waisted version and had to return both due to poor fit and lack of support. Definitely try this brace first! |

I love these things! After 3 pregnancies & c-sections in 4.5 years my mid section is just a mess. I found these right after c-section number 2 and have never looked back. As soon as my incision was healed enough to comfortably & safely pull these on, they became my go two shapewear. I almost wear them daily, and for the price you can definitely afford multiple pair to accomplish this. They offer just the right amount of support to give you a very nice streamlined look, free of bulges and lumps, but are still extremely comfortable for every day wear. They have also last really well as my original pair are still in the weekly rotation. Great choice for anyone! |

It's a nice product, but the bottom edges tend to roll and ride up. I hoped for a smoother fit against the skin on my legs/rear so it doesn't look like you're wearing boy brief style undies or short shorts under a skintight dress. It kind of defeats the purpose... |
