Size 10/12...i am probably at top of size range. Good for standing and walking around for long periods of time. If you are going to go from standing to sitting frequently, bands move and you have to readjust after sitting. I bought this to wear postpartum after my second csection. Sizing runs a bit small and it really would benefit from being thicker/taller. The way it's made, you have to choose between squeezing up back fat or pushing down love handles-not exactly a choice most new moms want to have to make. Other than that, it does what it should and helps keep things nicely tucked in. |
