Bought this product to be prepared for the days after my baby delivery. Heard from my friend it's also very helpful to hold the belly tight to reduce the pain if I have to go through C-section recovery. I honestly didn't wear this as much as I wanted to. It's hard to wear all three pieces but if you don't wear all three pieces your extra skin/fat pushes up or down to wear the belts aren't at and looks awful.
