I honestly didn't wear this as much as I wanted to. It's hard to wear all three pieces but if you don't wear all three pieces your extra skin/fat pushes up or down to wear the belts aren't at and looks awful. Fits great! I'm 5'8" and 200lbs post partum. Gives great back support and I love the hip band. My only complaint is that you have to wear an undershirt underneath it or it will pinch..
