I agree with most of the reviewers that this belt is a very good purchase considering the price and quiality. I ordered a size M and it was tight but i like I still have room to tighten up. I've been wearing it for 5 days and havealready seen a difference. The downside is it has a strong odor at first but it goes away later. And if you have a long torso, it might be a little short for you. None of those bothers me so I still gives 5 stars. Bought this product to be prepared for the days after my baby delivery. Heard from my friend it's also very helpful to hold the belly tight to reduce the pain if I have to go through C-section recovery. The material is breathable, and my mom tried, it can tight wrap the body. I still can't fit in yet. I like that it fits snug. I have been using it for 3 months and it really tightens up. The only thing I don't like about it is that at the end of the day of wearing it, all three layers ride up to the top so I end up with three girdles around my ribs. Definitely worth the purchase - helped me be more mobile faster holding everything in place. My first pregnancy I didn't have this and it really would have made a difference. It is however a little on the large size (for me 3/4 women's 7 junior pre-pregnancy size) I ended up velcroing on to portions of the waistband that didn't have the other part of the velcro so it started to get a little fuzzy. And like some of the other reviewers the wiring did buckle a little but I found that I had them in the wrong order, after the fix it was ok - directions are hard to follow as 2 of the pics look the same. Price is really not a consideration when purchasing this I would have spent $200 on a worthwhile postpartum binder. This works way better than any expensive belt. I am 5'8 and there's no way a belly bandit wouldn't fit on me at all. This also targets your hips and upper abdominal's and really covers you exactly where you need it. It's fully adjustable and hugs to your body properly. I had a c sec and it's very comfortable and supportive. I notice less swelling after wearing it. I would say it's best used when you're up and about. It's hard to sit down in and I wouldn't want it pulling on my scar potentially making it larger. I will definitely be wearing this for the next six months postpartum. Yes the quality isnt amazing but you'd have to buy 4 or 5 of these to replace 1 belly bandit.
