This was great after my C-section. I wish it would have stayed lower because my incision is low, between my legs, but it is nearly impossible to get something to stay put when you move your legs, sit, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone getting a C-section.I the best post pregnancy waistband |

Can't start using these until 3 days birth. I was 140lbs before pregnancy and 193lbs at the height of pregnancy (usually a medium pre-pregnancy). I got this in large and not so sure about waist yet but for my back it started to hurt and spasm a bit after pregnancy. I have been wearing this nonstop and no back pain. Huge help for being on low sleep and being around to manage a newborn. |

This feels good so long as I'm standing but I think I'm just a hare too tall. I'm almost 5'9 and i love the back support I feel wearing it in stage 2, but it feels like it runs a touch short on me.
