I bought this to wear postpartum after my second csection. Sizing runs a bit small and it really would benefit from being thicker/taller. The way it's made, you have to choose between squeezing up back fat or pushing down love handles-not exactly a choice most new moms want to have to make. ITS AWESOME! I'm 5'0" and 160lbs I purchased a medium and IT WORKS SO WELL!!! You can't see a thing under your clothes, nice straight lines and once your all in it WOW! It's not going anywhere VERY comfortable and VERY well made. Edit to add to original review after used product: I've been using this postpartum belt for 3 weeks. I have used it daily starting 2 days post partum. You can tighten it as much as you like. Beware the Velcro loses its "stick" after a week. Abdominal binding has tremendously improved facilitating my muscles coming together and my uterus contract. This fit as expected. But, in spite of the stay put strip, the waist band likes to roll later in the day and it starts to pinch. If you get hot and sweaty, it gets worse. I would recommend short-term wear for this item. |

These were actually the first in a long like of shapewear that smoothed things out in a way that I liked. I have some belly fat, and it hangs due to a c-section, so normally shapewear just pulls it all up in the middle and I lose my hourglass shape. This kept that while making my stomach look smaller from the side. And they weren't too uncomfortable either! |

Using this for postpartum purposes. My work uniform doesn't fit like it used to... and this has really really helped and makes me feel better. Second, I was between a Medium (8-10) and a Large and had to go with medium because my jean size is 11 and I get that size so its a little loose (gotta wear a belt all the time) and not squeezing out my muffin top. When I tried it on I was totally happy that it had a tight fit! I can only hook the first set of hooks but I'm sure with time it might stretch out or i might get slimmer (or not) so i have two more sets of hooks to hook it on. |

Really does the job. I was surpised to see the little bit of flimsy looking fabric when i pulled it out of the bag it came in. But boy was i surpised at how much control it has. this little flimsy thing sure does pack a punch! Wow! It nips, tucks, holds, smooths, controls, lifts, it's really much better than i expected it to be. my easter dress fits perfectly now! I didn't have time to lose as much weight as I would have liked, before easter, but with this, I don't have to worry about that anymore. My only concern is will it last? I would hate for it to stretch out quickly and not get my money's worth. Other than that, it's the best bodysuit I've ever owned. |
