Comfortable and fits nicely. Used this after a tummy tuck surgery it stays in place pretty well. It doesn't ride up like my other binders do. I like the option of being able to tighten it even more with the girdle that come around the side and back. Exactly what I wanted. I expected a tight fit and am currently using it post partum. Used it once and already felt and seen the swelling die down after a few hours. Love how item has three pieces to customize a fit for your body/goal. Did find item to crease and ride up if you tend to sit. Overall, very happy with my item.
