This is just as shown, and really good postpartum girdle, but breathable material. Its definitely a tiny bit bulky but with the stomach binding it does its worth it. I like that it fits snug. I have been using it for 3 months and it really tightens up. The only thing I don't like about it is that at the end of the day of wearing it, all three layers ride up to the top so I end up with three girdles around my ribs. I am 4 months post partum, I have been having back and abdominal pain off and on for the past 2 months despite physical therapy. I bought this in desperation and so glad I did. I wear it at night, off during the day unless I am going to be he doing a lot of lifting and bending. I wear while I am nursing as well because we all know ergonomic nursing positions are! Really helped me, after 2-3 weeks my belly is back to pre pregnancy size. Definitely still have to work out to tighten up my muscles but my belly went back to about how it was prior to pregnancy and I really haven't even been wearing it as often as I should. My only complaint is the lack of instructions, they weren't detailed enough and maybe something to identify which belt is which. Now if I could just get rid of that l |
