This has been an amazing buy. I bought a small in my 35th week of pregnancy, having gained in the end 35 pounds. I did not plan to have a cesarean section but I am so so glad I had already had this corset! After birth I lost 25 pounds in the first week and but I had such bad back pain. As soon as I wore the corset I immediately felt so much better. It helped with posture and tightening my core again. I wanted to love this product. I fell into the size range that the item specified, however, it is completely inaccurate. I felt like the Michelin Man after I squeezed into. It felt like serious cardio trying to get it on! The concept of how it's supposed to fit is ideal, however, the sizing is completely inaccurate. This is a great postpartum waist band. However, it is very bulky and hard to bend or sit. Unfortunately I could not wear this out because my body just looked so unnatural, it was obvious I was wearing a lot of something under my loose cloths.
