I wife just had a baby a month ago at home, so I had to buy my brace. This is the second brace I've tried and this is so good. I could wear it all day and I have also slept with it a few times. The two bands seen on either side in the middle can be adjusted to give an even firmer fit. Make sure you get the right size for you and it will do it's job well. Great support belt! I am writing this review in hopes that it will help someone else. I am 5'11" and size 16 and this belt fits great! I am 10 weeks post partum and I wish I had this right from the start. I have a crazy long torso, so it's been really difficult to find a good support belt that covers me as it should. The wraps were all well made. I used mine for about 2 months after the birth of my second child. It's alot of material so it will look bulky under most clothes. Very sturdy wrap but a little on the small size. I wish they had a larger size but i got the biggest one they had. I am 36 weeks pregnant, 5'5'and 200lbs. After you give birth your belly stays the same size for a couple weeks so i hope this will fit post c-section.
