Pre-pregnancy I wore a size 4-6 top and 6-8 bottom- I ordered the medium and it fit as expected. It was slightly difficult to get done up the first few times (seemed small but fit when pulled) but I quickly got the hang of it. I had a cesarian so the compression felt nice.
