I bought this for postpartum support to help get my shape back and get rid of the mommy pooch. I was a size 16-18 postpartum and I couldn't get it to even come close to closing and even if I had the Velcro would've snapped open. This worked really well! My wife used it after giving birth and she said it helped her abdominal muscles a lot for the first few days and she things it helped her waist shrink faster than it would have otherwise. She did say it stretched out a little after several uses but it still works great. I still use it 2 months postpartum (the hip wrap helps with hip pain). Here's a picture of me wearing it under pre-pregnancy clothing at the 1 month mark. At this point I hadn't started working out or anything yet. You can tell I'm wearing it, but it's fairly comfortable and it will help with your posture after as well. |
