Great product especially for the price & fast delivery! Product was packaged so professionally from the manufacturer (provided even a shopping bag inside). This product fits me perfectly (I'm a size 2 but gained 35lbs during pregnancy). It came with directions on how to wear :) it has many pieces but that's the purpose to cover all areas of your mid section. Material is nice and soft but still enough stiffness to stick everything and keep in place. This thing is much MUCH better than the BellyBandit at a fraction of the cost. With the double layer at the waist, achieving true compression is actually do-able, not to mention, it conforms to the curves of the waistt which helps achieve the actual goal of re-creating a waist. The BB is simply too stiff and difficult to get even compression thoughout. Perhaps my torso is a little too long... These belt did not cover the bit of pooch I had left over- just below my belly button. They are advertised to not roll, but they certainly do. I've only worn mine for about a month and the belt is becoming too loose at the top. It also rides up, and I have to continuously pull the belts back down. It does provide some support, more than the maternity bellyband has postpartum, but at 4 and a half weeks postpartum, I definitely need more abdominal support than what these bands can offer me now. I cant expect much more, considering the price and I dont regret my purchase, since it was much more helpful in the first 2 pp weeks than it is now. I wish its good performance had lasted longer for me. |

Runs a bit small in my experience, however as you begin to shrink after giving birth that's probably a good thing. I wore it pretty religiously during the day from week 2 on and it really helped me feel supported. I was able to stand and move around better with it. I had a vaginal delivery, but am experiencing a good deal of lower back pain so this is a great thing to have. Not sure that it helped with slimming down faster or at all, but it certainly makes me feel supported. If you wear it under a loose top you could wear it out. Under fitted tops it is visible. |
