This is the best shape wear I have ever worn. I did not buy this for postpartum reasons. I wanted something that I could adjust the tightness and boy does this ever hold you in! I really like that the 3 pieces can go all the way down and over you hips as well as up to the bottom of a bra. Its pretty lightweight until you add all 3 layers and then its feels a little bulky but it does exactly what it says it does. I am very happy I tried it and the price was is amazing. This band gives a good amount of support. I especially like the extra Velcro straps/flaps that pulls it all together.
