This product is so great because it has versatility with all the adjustments it has. You can make it tighter where you need it and looser where you need it which is so much more comfortable and much easier to put on by yourself than the traditional wrap. Highly recommend this this postpartum. I was incredibly stressed out about my 2 week postpartum belly, distended after having twins. I wore the top two pieces (never used the hip one) 24 hours a day for almost a week and dropped 2 inches from my stomach. I continued to wear it nightly for another week and lost another inch. After awhile I just started wearing it on the night before I needed my belly to look flatter. Once I was down to a 29ish inch waist the product was too loose to be helpful, and frankly the Velcro was worn and wouldn't hold well. Great product especially for the price & fast delivery! Product was packaged so professionally from the manufacturer (provided even a shopping bag inside). This product fits me perfectly (I'm a size 2 but gained 35lbs during pregnancy). It came with directions on how to wear :) it has many pieces but that's the purpose to cover all areas of your mid section. Material is nice and soft but still enough stiffness to stick everything and keep in place. Would recommend but I don't think it would fit larger women (ex. plus size), thx! |
but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

Love it, it is the only one on the market that fits a hourglass figure correctly. It doesn't roll up and is comfortable for all day wear. Great for back pain and correcting posture. Barely can see it under tight fit clothes. People that aren't even in there postpartum stage is asking where I got it. |
