Highly recommend this this postpartum. I was incredibly stressed out about my 2 week postpartum belly, distended after having twins. I wore the top two pieces (never used the hip one) 24 hours a day for almost a week and dropped 2 inches from my stomach. I continued to wear it nightly for another week and lost another inch. After awhile I just started wearing it on the night before I needed my belly to look flatter. Once I was down to a 29ish inch waist the product was too loose to be helpful, and frankly the Velcro was worn and wouldn't hold well. Other than that I gave it 4 stars because the belts have given me some results. Along with a healthy diet and exercise I can see my waist and stomach getting back down to size. Also because I believe my concerns to be personal issues and not something really wrong with the belt. |
