I like that this postpartum belt set cinches your waist and hips, but you can control how much. It is much more flexible and comfortable than other corsets and shape wear that I own. The pads in the cups move all over when using the nursing bra. Order smaller size than you think you would want (so if you run a smaller 32/34 depending on brand of bra go with smaller for this brand so a Small as 34 is a Med) The medium I ordered I had to hook and the smallest setting and after the first wear the bras are too big to use in rib cage. I'm 5'4 pre pregnancy weighed 125 lbs and was 170 lbs at the very end of pregnancy and delivered C-section. The sizing is way small. I ordered a large and this "large" is what would sell as a small or medium in any US department store. Fortunately this product had free returns, so returning it should be simple. |

Good but weak support to stay in position. It rolls over and makes it uncomfortable. You also have to wear a shirt underneath to prevent scaring. |

Really helped me, after 2-3 weeks my belly is back to pre pregnancy size. Definitely still have to work out to tighten up my muscles but my belly went back to about how it was prior to pregnancy and I really haven't even been wearing it as often as I should. My only complaint is the lack of instructions, they weren't detailed enough and maybe something to identify which belt is which. Now if I could just get rid of that l |
