This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. It slimmed okay, comfortable shorts but the top was right and gave a bit of undesirable back fat. It didn't quite reach the bottom of my bra so made a roll between the top of this and my bra strap. I'm on the slight side (5'5" and 115lbs) so don't have a lot if extra thickness but it made it look a bit like I did. I bought this to smooth out my post baby tummy. Ordered the S, I'm a size 0-2. It's ok on my hips, 30 inches. It's large on my upper side of the body. Doesn't even touch the skin. Well, my waist is 23,5, and bust very small, only 27 inches right under my bra, I think the S might be good on a size 4. I'll try to return it. :( | Tag:

no control. i thought buying a shapewear with the boyshorts style would mitigate bulges around the outside thighs. I am wrong. these are terrible. I tried a dress with and without them. I actually like what I see when I am NOT wearing it. you could definitely see through a tight fitting dress that it exists underneath. and some how, they made me look like i have love handles when normally it doesnt exist. just weird. and bad.I the best best postpartum belly binder |

Was as expected. The third, low hip,piece rides up when I sit down but I expected this too. It defiantly helped after giving birth to feel like my insides were more contained and thus increasing comfort. Not sure if this deserves the credit for any weight loss or decrease in belly size but I am back down to almost original size a week after delivering (my delivery/pregnancy was not typical though). |

This is industrial-strength shapewear. Only complaint is that as a small-waisted woman, it wanted to roll down at the top. It never fully did, but it did leave a visible line under my dress. Also, this left indentations in my skin for two days after I wore it for five hours, so I wouldn't recommend wearing it regularly. |

I would have given four. Luckily it will work and no I did not expect it to be miracle it just forms things out which I like. Now I'm 5'2 and 148 and a size 10 to 12 usually. Now what was weird was the line from the tummy part connecting the boy shorts was realm low and it made the boy shorts part small. The band om top is annoying pulling it on it runs on your skin at like feeling a slight razor burn feeling. Now I wont be taking it off and on for what I need it for it works. Also the white bottom part is almost see through. Last if you have a booty which I don't have a booty its average go one size ip in my opinion if you want it to cover like boy shorts. Unless you prefer the super showy style boy shorts. |
