These are well made and very reasonable in price. They feel a bit tight when first put on but are comfortable after a few minutes. I bought one size up and they are perfect.

I liked it, it is comfy unlike other support but the only problem is too much steps and 3 pieces, I got confused which is which. | Tag: abdominal binder c section recovery
but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

Fit as expected. Very comfortable. Material is light weight and breathable. I feel the quality is, good material seems to be really durable. Could only wear it for about an hour or so 2 days after csection. I feel its doing the job belly is shrinking down pretty quickly. Love that its adjustable; can get it to fit really tight and provides awesome back support. It worked well. I had a c-section and got this about a week afterwards. I didn't use it everyday, but would wear it in the afternoon and overnight. It helped my stomach not jiggle around as much when laughing, sneezing, coughing, or just basically moving around. It held everything in tightly. It didn't do much making you look like you were instantly skinny again, do it did stop the excess squish going on. It's bulky so you can really hide it under clothes (I wore it over a tank top too as the material isn't as comfortable on just skin). I'd also prefer it was a little longer. I bought this to wear postpartum after my second csection. Sizing runs a bit small and it really would benefit from being thicker/taller. The way it's made, you have to choose between squeezing up back fat or pushing down love handles-not exactly a choice most new moms want to have to make. This is just okay. It gets the job done but is very bulky so it limits the kinds of clothing to wear. Also, the fabric itches. I didn't really want to return it since there's just more of the same out there so I wore it over a tank top to eliminate the scratchy feeling |
